Trash Talk Tuesday for 8/14/2018

Welcome back to your weekly “Trash Talk Tuesday” article, this week we want to bring your attention to a fact that some people may not know about recycling. When recycling products, make sure to leave them loose in the recycling bin outside of your house and DO NOT put the recyclables into plastic bags. Plastic bags cannot be recycled, so when you fill plastic bags with recyclables they will not be disposed the correct way. An alternative for plastic bags is paper bags! This alternative will still allow you to contain your recyclables while properly disposing them at pick up.
