When should I put out my curbside containers for pick-up?

Please put your containers by the curb the night before your scheduled pick-up. Carts should face the street, 2 ft. of the curb and 3-4 ft. away from all objects including other carts and objects that can impede our collection (recycling cart, fences, light posts, mail boxes, etc.)

When will my residential trash be picked up?

Each day our trucks start very early in the morning. We strongly suggest that you put your containers out the night before to allow for any changes in the time our trucks are in your neighborhood. The time of service may vary from pickup to pickup as our routes are heavily influenced by traffic delays, disposal site waiting time, and other customer special needs.

What is Single Stream Recycling?

With the implementation of high-tech sorting devices, all paper products and glass/metal/plastic food/household cleaner containers can be placed into the same recycling container. They no longer need to be separated or bundled – the sorting machine does that.

Why is recycling pickup bi-weekly?

Less trips down your street means less emissions in your neighborhood. We provide over-sized carts instead of small bins for recycling to keep recycling from piling up. Learn more about this environmental decision and how it reduces Greenhouse Gases.

How can I keep my carts safe from bears?

Try this trick from the DEEP: Soak a paper towel in ammonia and lay it on top of your trash in the bin before pickup. The smell will deter the animals and your trash will be left alone. You can also give us a call to find out more about our bear-resistant cans 800-443-3867

How do I obtain a new or additional residential l refuse or recycling container?

Call our office and one of our Customer Service Representatives can arrange for new or additional equipment.

When will my Christmas tree be picked up?

Check our web site or call our office during the last week of December for the Christmas tree pick-up schedule in the towns that we provide this service.

How does bad weather affect my trash pick-up?

Always your trash and recycling out the night before your scheduled pick up date. Follow us on social media and keep an eye on our website for updates.

Will holidays change my pickup schedule?

We’ll always let you know when your pickup will be pushed back due to a holiday by social media such as Facebook or our Website . We push service by one day if your typical service day falls on or after the holiday. If the holiday is on a Thursday, then Thursday and Friday’s pickups will be pushed by one day.

Do you accept online payment?

Yes. Visit our E-Billing page.

How do I log in to the online payment system?

Click on Pay My Bill/E-Billing, enter email address and password chosen when account was set up originally, and you will be able to access your account information.

How do I set up reoccurring payments?

Call our office and ask for a Customer Service Representative – we would be happy to set up automatic payments from a checking account or credit card. 800-443-3867

What items cannot be placed in temporary dumpsters?

Anything hazardous: gas, anti freeze, car batteries, fluorescent lighting, electronics

What size temporary dumpsters do you have?

All containers sizes are measured in cubic volume. Temporary rental container sizes: 4yd, 6yd, 15yd, 20yd and 30yd. Learn more

How do I order a temporary dumpster rental?

Can I recycle construction debris in my rented dumpster?

Yes. We currently work with contractors and recycle using the LEED Program. For more information please call or email us.

How long is the temporary dumpster rental period?

The rental period is 2 weeks, after the 2 weeks it is then $5 a day for rental.

Does the temporary dumpster have a weight limit?

Depending on the container size, we can legally hold up to 15 tons.

Can I fill my temporary dumpster to the top?

Each dumpster has a liquid level marker and cannot be filled above that line.

Do you automatically pick-up my temporary dumpster?

No, we do not automatically pickup we ask that you preschedule the pickup when ordering or call us upon completion of your project.

What if I need to keep my temporary dumpster longer or have it removed sooner?

Call our office and speak to one of our representatives to make the necessary arrangements. 800-443-3867

Do I need to be there when the temporary dumpster is delivered or picked up?

It’s best to be onsite to ensure proper placement on delivery. You do not need to be there for the removal.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept check or money order to the driver or Visa, MasterCard or Discover over the phone when you place the order.

How are temporary dumpsters priced? What does the price include?

The temporary containers are priced by size. The price includes delivery, removal and disposal up to a certain amount of tons depending on the size of the container you order. Any additional tonnage will be pro rate based on the per ton rate.

Where are temporary dumpsters placed when delivered?

The most common area for delivery placement for residential homes is in the driveway. However, we can place containers in other areas provided the customer signs a liability release on delivery and the area ensures the safety of our driver and equipment. Placement should be discussed when ordering.

How far in advance do I need to call for a temporary dumpster rental?

Generally we need one to two days notice for delivery some times might be busier then others so best to schedule as soon as possible.

What items have an extra charges to put in a temporary dumpster?

Yes there are extra charges for mattresses, box springs, tires and any item containing Freon.

Will my yard or driveway be damaged when the dumpster is dropped off or removed?

We do everything in our power to avoid any damage to your yard and/or driveway. We recommend you provide wood to put under the container upon delivery

How do I change or cancel an order or service?

Call our office before your scheduled delivery or pickup if you need to change or cancel an order or service.

What if I need a larger dumpster than what I ordered?

Call our office and we can make arrangements to switch the container size for a minimal fee. 800-443-3867

Is emergency delivery available for dumpsters?

We need at least 10 ft. in width to get into a space for delivery. The 15yd container is approximately the size of a parking stall in a parking lot, the footprint of a 20yd and 30yd is about the size of a one car garage.

How big of an enclosure do I need for one commercial front load container

We recommend nothing smaller then 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep for every single can. Upon request we can assist with proper layout, dimensions and concrete pad specification. Call or email
